We deliver to all cantons and regions within Switzerland. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Swiss public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

If delays occur beyond this timeframe, we will notify you promptly by email.

3. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery

  • Express Shipping: 1–2 business days (subject to additional charges)

Shipping charges are calculated based on the size, weight, and delivery method selected for your order. These charges will be clearly displayed during checkout. Orders over CHF 100 qualify for free standard shipping within Switzerland.

5. Delivery Address Requirements

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from incomplete or incorrect address details.

If your shipment is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, you may be charged additional shipping fees to resend the order.
