Swimming accessories must be returned unused, hygienically sealed, and in their original packaging to guarantee product safety. Items that have been opened, worn, or show signs of use may be refused for return due to hygiene standards. Upon receipt and inspection of the returned goods, we will process your refund within 14 days.
